We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Saudi Arabia — 2 to 4 business days

GCC — 4 to 6 business days

International — 8 to 10 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. A signature may be required upon delivery by you or an authorized person. This helps protect your order and confirm safe receipt.

PACKAGE ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is missing or damaged:

  1. Note the issue upon receiving your package.

  2. Contact contact@bellumaire.com within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Keep all original packaging, including the shipping box, as it may be required for a claim.

RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Keep the item + receive a 50% off code to reorder the same product in a different size. No return required.
