Shipping policy
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail, and on EU& International orders via DHL.
Delivery times:
- UK — 2 to 4 business days via Royal Mail
- EU — 3 to 5 business days via DHL
- International — 3 to 7 business days via DHL
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. A signature is required on delivery — by you or an authorized person. This protects your order and confirms safe receipt.
PACKAGE ISSUES
Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is missing or damaged:
1- Note the issue.
2- Contact contact@bellumaire.com within 14 days of deilvery
3- Keep all packaging (including shipping box) — required for claims
RETURNS
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Include proof of purchase
- Final sale items are not returnable
