Refund policy

 

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in original condition

- With all tags attached

- In original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order on delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact contact@bellumaire.com within 14 days. Retain all original packaging for claims.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:

- Final sale items

- Gift cards

- Custom or personalized products

- Underwear

- Any item marked non-returnable at checkout


EXCHANGES
UK Orders:

- One free exchange per order within the 14-day window

International Orders: Choose one:

1- Return the item (customer pays return shipping) and receive full store credit

2- Keep the item and receive a 50% off code to reorder the same product in a different size


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact contact@bellumaire.com.


Returns are structured to protect both the buyer and the brand. Clean, clear, controlled.
